The CDC (Center for Disease Control & Prevention) has declared September National Food Safety Education Month. The course work is global and more challenging than ever -- COVID 19, trade wars suspending supply chains, and likely new pathogen threats. GFSF (Global Food Safety Forum) joins with others in providing a platform for international collaboration in food safety policies and practices.

Great article in St. Louis Post Dispatch on costs to farmers of trade war with China and dependence on US farm subsidies for impact of pandemic. We said it before and will say it again-- the biggest farmer in the US is the government. And crops don't grow in Washington, DC!!
